Privacy notice

This notice explains what personal information GR8ER2 collects, why, where it is kept, and the rights you have over it under South Africa's Protection of Personal Information Act (POPIA). We hold ourselves to the same standard here that we hold our work to: plain language, no burying.

Who is responsible for your information

GR8ER2 (Cape Town, South Africa) is the responsible party for the personal information described here. For any privacy question, correction or request, contact us athello@gr8er2.com.

What we collect, and why

We only collect what you give us. If you submit the AI Visibility Audit form, we collect your business name, website, your name, work email, business category, market/city, up to three competitors you name, and any notes you add. We use this for one purpose: to run your AI visibility audit and send you the result, and to contact you about it.

We do not buy personal information, we do not sell it, and we do not use it for advertising. We do not use it to train any AI model.

Where it is stored, and who can see it

Audit submissions are stored in our own database and are accessible only to GR8ER2. To deliver the service we use a small number of processors, each handling only what that job needs:

• Email delivery — to send you the confirmation and your result, and to alert us of your request.
• Website hosting — which processes the request that carries your form submission.

We do not use a third-party sales/CRM platform for these leads — your information stays in systems we control.

How long we keep it

We keep audit submissions only as long as needed for the purpose above and any follow-up you want, after which they are deleted. You can ask us to delete yours at any time.

Your rights under POPIA

You have the right to:

• ask what personal information we hold about you, and get a copy;
• ask us to correct or update it;
• ask us to delete it;
• object to how we use it; and
• complain to the Information Regulator (South Africa) if you believe we have mishandled it.

Cookies and analytics

This site uses privacy-respecting analytics that do not set advertising cookies or track you across other sites, so there is no consent banner to click through. We collect only aggregate, non-identifying usage data to understand what's useful.

Changes to this notice

If this notice changes, we update the date at the top. Material changes will be noted here rather than made quietly.
